We have heard so many times, "Time is Money."
But what if "Time is Love?"
So whatever or whoever we give most of our time to, it means we are giving most of our love to?
I spent many years of my life working 50-60 hours working for a big company that considered me as nothing but a resource that made the company profit. Then even after I started my fitness company, I was so busy growing my business, I was always at the studio or on computer working - and was too busy to be present for those who loved me.
I have recently come to realize that at least for me personally, time had to be love.
I chose to spend time and my energy in things that I wanted to give love to.
Myself, my family, my friends, my community, and my business - in that order, because to me, that's how love should flow.
If you had to live your life in a way Time = Love, how would you choose to live it?
